3. Orders & Confirmations

  • Orders can be placed via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person at our store.
  • Order confirmation will be provided in writing (email, WhatsApp, or invoice).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
  • Large or bulk orders may require advance notice and scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including advance deposits, credit limits, and payment schedules, are agreed upon prior to dispatch.
  • Accepted payment modes include:
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
    • Cheque (subject to clearance)
    • Cash (within statutory limits as per applicable laws)
  • Credit terms are available for approved customers subject to creditworthiness assessment.
  • Late payments may attract interest charges as per our credit policy.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, order size, and transport schedules. Estimated delivery dates are shared at order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, order weight, and volume.
  • Risk of loss and title to products passes to the customer upon delivery and acknowledgement at the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for unloading and safe storage at the delivery location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, transportation issues, or force majeure events.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to arrange replacements or corrective actions.

8. Warranties

  • Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with original purchase documentation and within the warranty period.
