1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any penalty or cancellation charges.
  • After 24 hours: Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders and special procurement items cannot be cancelled once sourcing or manufacturing has commenced.
  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, cancellation terms will be specified in the quotation or purchase agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortage
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund if payment has been made.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

Standard inventory items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Products are unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • All labels, tags, and seals are intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided
  • Management approval has been obtained

Return Process

  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Obtain return authorization from our team
  4. Arrange for product return (transportation responsibility as per policy below)
  5. Await inspection and approval
  6. Receive refund or exchange once approved

Transportation Responsibility

  • Customer Error: If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs.
  • Our Error: If the return is due to incorrect item shipped, defective product, or damage during delivery, we will arrange and cover return transportation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective on arrival:

  • Custom fabricated or made-to-order items
  • Cut-to-size materials or customized fittings
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products exposed to water, chemicals, or harsh conditions
  • Electrical items that have been connected or tested
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging or documentation

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report defects or damage within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide photographs of the defect or damage
  • Keep all original packaging materials

We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Returned products are inspected within 3 working days of receipt
  • Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 working days

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Issued when products are returned in original condition or due to our error
  • Partial Refund: May be offered when products show signs of use, damage, or missing components
  • No Refund: If products are significantly damaged, used, or returned outside the return window

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Delivery or shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
  • Handling and processing fees for custom orders

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, model, or variant:

  • Follow the return process outlined above
  • Specify the desired replacement product
  • Pay any price difference if the new product costs more
  • Receive a refund if the new product costs less

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Shree Pipe and Sanitary Store facilitates warranty claims by:

  • Providing necessary documentation and invoices
  • Coordinating inspections with manufacturers
  • Assisting with replacement or repair arrangements
  • Following up on claim status

Warranty claims must be submitted with original purchase documentation and within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

8. Credit Notes

In some cases, we may issue credit notes instead of refunds. Credit notes can be:

  • Used for future purchases at our store
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
